What to do if your Bully?
The things you could do if your being bullied is to walk with awareness, calm, and confidence in school. You should always be in a powerful, positive way in the hallways if you’re being bullied in school. If a bully was following you in school you could always set your own clear boundaries to protect yourself. Once when your being threatened by a bully (hitting you in the face, trying to push you, or etc.), you can use your voice. Try to say “Stop!” In a firm voice and leave them, to get a teacher.
  • You should talk to an adult about the problem that you trust ( it may be your teacher, older family member, school principal and/ or your parents).
  • Try to stick around a group of friends when you don’t feel safe, to avoid the bully or bullies.
  • Save any messages from emails, text, etc. that the bully had said harm things to you.
